Nathalie MARTIN is an
International Cocktail Champion. She has accumulated 10 years of
professional experience in the cocktail bars of prestigious hotels
such as :
The RITZ Hotel in London as assistant Chief Barman (1997-1999),
The Hotel du LOUVRE in Paris as assistant Chief Barman (1993-1997),
The ST ANDREWS Hotel in Scotland as assistant Chief Barman (1992-1993).

Moreover she has won 16 international
competitions and 14 regional competitions including :
The
1st Price of the 1st Trophée des Fondateurs in Lyons (2002)
The
Best London Barman Trophy (1999)
The
International BACARDI-MARTINI Prize in Italy (1997)
The
International DEFENDER-AWARDS in France (1995)
The
International Diet Cocktail Trophy in Evian (1992)
It is now two years since Nathalie MARTIN came back to her native Savoy
where, along with her activites as an international barmaid, and with
an equally passionate enthusiasm, she teaches students at the Chambéry
Centre de Formation du Tourisme et de l’Hôtellerie in the
department of wines and spirits.
Finally, a few months ago Nathalie set up her own company: CLASSE COCKTAIL.
